By doing regular core strength exercises you will find that your balance, posture and abdominal muscles will improve dramatically.

Our core strength training programme incorporates core strength exercises which you can do either in the privacy of your own home or at the gymnasium. Core strength exercises are great for people of all walks of life and you can never be too young or old to start doing them. We also use core strength exercises in our sport specific programmes which include our get fit for tennis, skiing and golf programmes.
