Health considerations

Very few medical conditions will stop you from exercising. Actually, many common conditions, especially those associated with overweight such as high blood pressure, coronorary heart disease, joint and bone problems such as arthritis and osteoporosis are helped by exercise when it is carefully planned, controlled, built up gradually and monitored.

However, if you suffer from these or any other medical condition you should certainly consult your GP before embarking on any new exercise routine. It may well be that using an on-line service such as this one is not suitable for you. It may be better that your personal trainer is present with you while you exercise so that he/she can monitor you throughout your session.
