Weight training

Weight training is excellent exercise for developing strength in all the major muscle groups and gaining increased definition.

Weight training can be done at home or at the gym and we have put together weights workouts which can be done at either. We are able to give you online coaching and devise a personalised weights workout which is unique to you. It is worth bearing in mind that medical advice should be taken before embarking on any weight training programme.
