How to decide what's best for you

Workout for life programs, whether off-the-peg or tailor made for you are suitable for anyone who is basically healthy. Even if you are overweight and unfit you can still be reasonably healthy and any of these programs may be suitable for you. Your age is not necessarily a factor. However if you suffer from certain medical conditions, some of which may be age related, following an on-line program may not be the appropriate course for you.

The Off-the-peg program
with support via e-mail and optional coaching sessions; when and if you want them, is suitable for you if any of these descriptions (or combinations of them) fits your job and lifestyle.
